Established in 1995, the Mosinee Municipal Court has jurisdiction over traffic and City ordinance violations. Court is held the third Monday of every month.

 

As in any other court of law, you are entitled to be represented by an attorney but the court does not appoint an attorney nor does it pay for attorney costs and/or expenses. We have created this web page to provide you with information you may need in regard to the Municipal Court process. If you have any questions, please contact us by phone or stop by and see us.

Mosinee Municipal Court only prosecutes traffic and ordinance citations issued by Mosinee police officers, not including criminal traffic. If you are issued a citation in Mosinee but by the Wisconsin State Patrol or Marathon County Sheriff, refer to the Marathon County Circuit Court.
