Water and Sewer Utility

The City of Mosinee Water and Sewer Utility is a separate enterprise fund. The Water Utility operates under service rules established by the Wisconsin Public Service Commission which regulates the rates charged. The Sewer Utility rates are regulated by the Mosinee City Council.

The City of Mosinee owns, operates and maintains the municipal Water and Sewer Utility and related appurtenances serving customers located within the City of Mosinee and a small portion of the Town of Mosinee.

The Water and Sewer Utility is governed by the Utility Commission which consists of Common Council and Mayor. The Commission is the policy making body of the Utility, overseeing all projects and programs, reviewing and approving the budget, and determining Utility projects. Utility operations are directed by the Utility Superintendent, Kevin Breit.

Paying your Water and Sewer Bill

We accept the following payments methods for payment of your water and sewer bill:

1. Cash/check at City Hall office or drop box by steps.

2. Cash/check via mail.

3. Debit or Credit card – online – A service fee is charged by the vendor to the customer for using this service

4. ACH – Sign up for ACH – direct withdrawal of payment from your checking or savings account on the due date of each bill. No charge for using this service.
